Shipping & Handling

Free Shipping on all domestic orders – Standard Delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. We strive to ship most orders within 24 business hours for faster delivery.

 

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. Errors in the address may result in delays or returned orders. We will not reship orders until they are returned to us by the courier, and the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipment cost.

 

Returns

 

We offer a 07-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original condition, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at highpeindia@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

 

Exchanges

 

Exchanges are allowed for items purchased at full retail price only.

To exchange an item, first initiate a return for the original item.

Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

 

Note: Items purchased on sale or through collaborations are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

Refund Policy

 

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Refund Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

 

Important:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final sale items or items purchased during promotions or collaborations are not eligible for refunds.
