Return Policy

Return & Exchange Window

Requests must be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery.Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. Accessories and selected items (clearly mentioned on the product page) are not eligible for return or exchange. Offer/discounted items can be returned or exchanged only after bearing the applicable shipping cost.


Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges only (same product, different size). Exchanges are subject to stock availability and serviceability of your address. If you wish to change the product entirely, please return the item for a refund and place a new order separately. The delivery executive will pick up the original item and the replacement will be shipped separately.

First Exchange Benefit

The first exchange on your first order is free. From the second exchange onward, a shipping fee will apply.


Wrong or Damaged Product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a wrong or damaged item. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to help us validate your request. Do not accept the package if it appears damaged or tampered. Claims beyond 48 hours may not be eligible for return or exchange.


Return Process

Create a return/exchange request. We will arrange a pickup (if serviceable). Items will be sent to our warehouse for quality inspection. Once approved, refund/exchange will be processed within 1–2 working days. Highpe reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our quality standards.


Refund Policy

COD Orders

Eligible for store credit (gift card) only. ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable and excluded from store credit. For cancellations or Return-to-Origin (RTO), a ₹50 partial COD fee will be retained.

Prepaid Orders

₹99 reverse shipping charge + 3% processing fee will be deducted. These charges are waived if you opt for store credit instead of a bank refund. In case of RTO, paid shipping and 3% processing fees will be retained.
Store credit/gift cards once claimed cannot be converted to cash refunds.


Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed after quality check within 7 business days of receiving the item. It may take an additional 7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


Self-Shipping (Unserviceable Pin Codes)

If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product.
Please pack items securely to avoid transit damage. We recommend using a reliable courier service. Shipping costs in such cases are the customer’s responsibility.


Important Guidelines

Please record a handover proof video showing product condition before reverse shipping. Highpe will not be liable for products returned by mistake or used items. If an incorrect or extra product is returned, Highpe is not responsible for its loss or return. In such cases, customers will bear the shipping charges for both reverse and re-dispatch.
