• Returns/exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Only size exchanges are allowed (same product).
• Accessories and selected items are not eligible.
• Offer items require shipping charges to be borne by the customer.
• First exchange on your first order is free; further exchanges incur shipping fees.

Refunds:

• COD orders → Store credit only (valid 3 months). ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable.
• Prepaid orders → ₹99 reverse shipping + 3% processing fee (waived if opting for store credit).
• Refund is processed after quality check within 1–2 working days of warehouse inspection.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,299.
• ₹45 shipping fee on orders below ₹1,299.

Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video). We will arrange a free replacement after verification.

Refer to the size chart available on each product page for accurate measurements.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once delivered, changes fall under the return policy.

Currently, we do not offer gift cards or gift wrapping services.
